on Monday 29th June at 7pm.
The agenda will be:
- Welcome
- Apologies
- Chairperson’s report
- Treasurer’s report
- Approval of accounts for 2024-25
- Appointment of independent examiner for next year
- Future plans for Murieston
- Election of trustees for next year
- Any other business
Please take part and contribute to forming future proposals. Resolutions to be discussed:
- Receive and adopt the accounts for the year period ending 30 September 2025.
- Confirm the appointment of the Trust’s Independent Examiner for the next year.
- MCDT should progress plans for a community hub at the junction of Murieston Road and Murieston East Road.

Associate and Junior Members are invited to attend and take part in discussions but are not eligible to vote. If you are unable to attend you may delegate a person to attend and represent you in discussions. No prior notice is required.
Members of the public may attend the meeting and take part in discussions but are not eligible to vote.
