Becoming a member is free of charge and is an important demonstration of support to help us reach our funding goals. You will get occasional email reminders of meetings and membership renewal with updates on progress. Members have a duty to act in the interests of the organisation, and to aim to ensure the organisation acts in a manner which is consistent with its charitable purposes to benefit the residents of Murieston.
There are three membership levels:
- Full membership is for residents of the area of Murieston Community Council aged 16 or over – it gives you the ability to vote on local issues and so help to guide the organisation.
- Associate membership is for adults living outside Murieston Community Council area and for organisations from all locations.
- Junior membership is for people aged 12-15 from all locations.
Organisations wishing to become members should contact us with their nomination for the individual to represent their membership.
